"First time in Chicago. No room service which sucked but everything else was great."

"Chicago’s L7 by LOTTE Hotel is a beautiful luxury boutique hotel. Every aspect of our experience (EX: valet, front desk, room cleanliness, etc.) was excellent! We ordered two meals (dinner and breakfast) from the on-site restaurant Perilla Korean Steakhouse and they both exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh and delicious. "Breakfast, manager's reception and on-site parking are definitely a plus. Great location, but noisy on the street."

"Visiting from Canada and stayed at Hotel 505. We had an amazing stay!!! Received a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, nice surprise. Loved the rooftop terrace, which we were able to enjoy during this beautiful Fall weather. Our room had a corner view, was very clean and spacious . Hotel is centrally located and felt very safe. Good job Hotel 505."

"Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room could have been a bit better maintained; one bathroom door stuck and was hard to open and night tables were chipped. View of Lake Michigan from the room was amazing though and the hotel is walking distance to a lot of attractions. Free HBOMax was also a nice bonus."

"I appreciate being greeted when arriving and departing!"

"La atención del personal y lo principal es que cuentan con empleados que hablan español"

"Shower drain was clogged and stayed that way even after bringing it to the attention of employees. Tried dining at the restaurant but no one ever acknowledged our presence. And, most disturbing, was the large urine stain on the comforter that was on my bed that I did not notice until the morning we checked out. Utterly vile."

"The hallway was a bit dingy, but the room was clean and. Wry comfortable. Great staff and prompt airport service!"
