It was a good hotel; there is even an Aldi store right next to it, which is very convenient. The only issue was the carpeted flooring in the room, which made it look a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and coffee and cold milk were available in the lobby. The staff were very friendly, and the shuttle service was a huge help to guests. Thank you

Stayed here in Oct 2022 and again in Oct 2026. Much change to this hotel property’s upkeeping. The staff, shuttle service and proximity to O’Hare - outstanding. Condition and upkeep of the property — awful. To the hotel owners: Do better. In the meantime, I recommend another hotel.

Quite outdated hotel where you can hear noise from your neighboring room. However, it was clean and staff was helpful. It was annoying to know at check-in that parking is not free and it needs to be paid per night. For the price, the stay was reasonable and breakfast was fine.

The room was okay. Great place to pick if ur just looking for a bed to sleep on. Room service never came by to clean the room for whatever reason. Not the end of the world, but I can see other people finding that annoying. Staff was helpful.

Shirley, one of the shuttle drivers was amazing. Friendly staff, good location, felt safe and comfortable. Currently under renovation so while a little outdated, they’re working on it. Great experience overall.

This hotel is a little older, and is nothing fancy but the ability to have the 24hour airport shuttle was excellent! The set up of the room was great because we had a separate sitting room from the bedroom, which made it easy for those of us who wake up early while others are sleeping. The room also had the sink outside the bathroom which allowed us 3 adults to be able to get ready quicker. The room was clean, smelled nice, and had comfortable beds and pillows. It was quiet and we were able to sleep in. The staff was super nice and were able to hold our bags after checkout until our flight.
