We absolutely love this hotel, especially for the location and cleanliness. We've stayed in Chicago before and it was great, but this was even better because of how much you can do in a short amount of time. We were able to walk to every location we planned including museums, the architecture boat tour, dinners, bars, etc. We would be so happy to come back!

clogged tub ( still clogged as we left), dirty air filter( almost black)- seems never replaced, worst mattress ever, had requested soft pillows for back / neck issues( confirmed with hotel ahead of arrival- forgotten), requested small cake or something for milestone bday celeb( agreed and then forgotten by team).. best part was the mgr and staff on duty( night of 10th and am 11th).. Thanks to them that I give a 3 star
