"Overall, our stay was fine for the one night we stayed. The hotel arranged transportation from & to the airport but were a little difficult to contact. We ended up calling them from the US to make the arrangements. The breakfast was good. It's a city location. The room set off my dust mite allergy from either the bedding, wall to wall carpet or drapes or all three."

"Clean room. Breakfast spread was amazing! Didn’t get a chance to visit the pool. Staff was very nice. Room was not ready until exactly 3pm but not a big deal to me. They have a ton of seating options in the lobby to hang out if you don’t want to go anywhere as well as restaurant and coffee bar. Overall would stay again. They even had a toothbrush for my SIL who forgot his. "

"It was good to find a clean affordable hotel to sleep after missing our fly to continue t our travels and stressful time at the airport So I’m grateful that it serve it purpose for a day - I was surprise to have shuttle bus from the airport and staff was nice and helpful when asked for help - I would not stay here for more then a night bc of the neighborhood didn’t feel 100% safe yet I was fine when I went to get something to eat — revitalizing the neighborhood would help a lot this neighborhood - "

"Very Basic Bed & Breakfast. It's an older hotel, only 2 blocks from Loteria metro station. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room is very clean. The water is hot. The breakfast is scrambled eggs and toast. Cold air conditioning, VERY loud. Only 1 outlet in room, where Wi-fi is inconsistent. Good Wi-Fi in lobby and dining area. Good choice for a Budget Traveler with business in the city. Would stay there again."
