A great hotel. The staff is incredible. Everyone works hard to make sure you have a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, the shower simply one of a kind - large and water pressure that was amazing. The room was clean. The decor was beautiful, very clean and pleasant fragrance inside. Food was great too. The very best thing was the helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Everyone, front desk, butlers, concierge, wait staff, room staff, doormen and drivers, all made us feel well taken care of and treated us like old friends. They seemed happy to greet us whenever seeing us, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave, but we will definitely return to stay again.

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences ever. Truly a gorgeous property, the staff were excellent, the location couldn't be better to walk around and see all the sights in the old town. I felt VERY safe and the rooms were amazing. The pool area/bar is wonderful and the room service was superb. I'd definitely stay here again if I go back.
