"Overall, our stay was fine for the one night we stayed. The hotel arranged transportation from & to the airport but were a little difficult to contact. We ended up calling them from the US to make the arrangements. The breakfast was good. It's a city location. The room set off my dust mite allergy from either the bedding, wall to wall carpet or drapes or all three."

"Clean room. Breakfast spread was amazing! Didn’t get a chance to visit the pool. Staff was very nice. Room was not ready until exactly 3pm but not a big deal to me. They have a ton of seating options in the lobby to hang out if you don’t want to go anywhere as well as restaurant and coffee bar. Overall would stay again. They even had a toothbrush for my SIL who forgot his. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. I went there on the 24th of march and left today, which is the 31st of march 2026. There restaurants where so near by and a food store next door the pool was good the rooms where very nice. The only thing was missing was having a microwave in the rooms other wise the rooms met my expectations. "

"Property location is not for everyone, if you like to be among the localsl the true Panamanians this is the location for you walking distance to a lot of places. I wouldn’t totally call this a luxury hotel but it’s in good condition, clean and nice staff. Overall it’s a 8.5/10 "

"Fantastic location! Great walkability and easy access to Casco Viejo. The staff was very accommodating the room was updated and clean. The star downgrade is for the dirty windows that interfered with an otherwise incredible view and even though we were 20 floors up the motorcycle noise from the street below was loud and clear. "
