The room is what we would expect from a hotel of this class for what we paid - what you cannot buy is attention to detail and the unbridled feel that the staff are actually interested in making your stay memorable - kudos to management- whatever you are doing is working!! "The service wasn’t meets my expectations. The staff was not impressed. One day the housekeeper cleaned my room at 17:30 and I told her to come back in 30 min cuz I will take a shower. She answered me can’t wait because she want to go home :( While the concierge and receptionist are let me carry my 2 suitcases by myself. I will not stay in this hotel again."
"Outstanding value for money - two convenience stores and some good restaurants right beside entrance. 10 to 12 minute walk to Seoul Train Station. Loved the self-checkin. I am usually not a fan but this one was seamless. Beds were super comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Towels are small compared elsewhere but plenty were provided."
