Staff was amazing, lady in the front desk is a sweet heart. Close to train station. Laundry inside of your room with detergent included is a plus if you been traveling for days. Hotel seems pretty new, we had a balcony.

"The rooms were clean, but small. You will be paying a premium because of its proximity to Tokyo station, which is very convenient. All in all, we would stay again, but for an extended stay, I would stay further out from Tokyo station, and avoid paying the premium."
