"Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door."

"Just love it"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was excellent, beautifully maintained, and in a great location—convenient to everything we needed. The staff was exceptional: warm, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everything came together to make this a terrific experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Superb customer service Compliments to Mr Gigi"

"Great hotel. The restaurant was good but very limited options to eat."

"The property was clean, quite large by Japanese standards and in a good location. The staff were helpful and friendly!"

"Very clean and organised room. A super market very close by which I love so much. The room is big but the shape is a very long rectangular so it doesn’t feel as big as it should be. Any other things are great. Not too far from station."

"Good"

"Good location, big room and great services as 5 stars"

"ทำเล ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าเดินทางไปมาสะดวกมีแหล่ง shopping เช่น Daimaru และแหล่งร้านในสถานีเยอะแยะมากมาย ความสะอาด staff ที่ยอดเยี่ยมทักทายและช่วยเหลือตลอด บริเวณนั้นอาจจะมีเสียงรบกวนเพราะมีการก่อสร้างอาคาร "

"Impeccable service and outstanding property, Staff made our stay rally pleasant. Would not hesitate in staying at Hoshinoya Tokyo on a future trip."

"Great location, close to convenient stores, helpful staff"

"Washer dryer combo in-unit! Split unit with both AC and heat available. Very clean and lots of space. The staff speak English very clearly and they even gave me a birthday gift! Very thoughtful. Would not hesitate to stay again"

"Excellent hotel, close to everything."
