"nice location to the Tokyo Dome"

"About 12- 13 mins away from Akibahara area. The rooms were very spacious and nice though the only downside was my sister found a yellow spot on one of the towels placed in our room and hadnt noticed till after she started using it. It isn't really close to the center of Tokyo but we walked a lot so we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating for us. "

"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."

"I love everything about this hotel, close to train station, located in a quiet neighborhood, hotel so clean, self checkout, staff was also very nice and helpful, the mattress and pillow was very comfortable, room was not big but has all the functions!
