"Nice, spacious, very comfortable room and bathroom. Balcony had beautiful scenic views. A/C could have worked a bit better but understandable due to the high heat and humidity of the rainforest. Highly recommend doing the boat ride to see and feed the monkeys. Great experience!"

"Yes shops nearby...... didn't go to the bar so don't know the options.....clean room....staff pleasant.....shout out to Gabby at front desk....Raoul security and bellman and the lovely housekeeper on the 7th floor,,,don't remember her name....she was off one day and I could tell the difference......I work in hospitality so it was refreshing......only down side the light went out a couple times, even though came back immediately, the internet of course took a longer time....but was back on each...
