"There was no place to hang clothes in our very small room. The feather pillows were comfortable. The AC fan can be run continuously to drown out the nearby EL. We had a $2000 plus hold placed on our credit card even though we prepaid for the room."

"Absolutely loved it! Staff were all so nice and helpful. So closed to everything! River walk, The Bean, Chicago theater, Hello Kitty cafe, London House rooftop, Michigan Ave, you can also get The Wendella boat tour just walking distance as well, definitely staying here again!"
