This hotel is located in the perfect location. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean. Beds are super comfy and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a wide variety available. Staff were super helpful.

We had a large room that was great for the price we paid for it. The breakfast spread was nice and reminded me of what you might find in little inns in Europe. Great. location to everything the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago offers without the excessive pricing.

Great affordable property in a great location. The staff was excellent. The building is old and could use some updates, but that should be within expectations given the price. The Whitehall was amazing! So clean, quiet, comfortable, charming! Staff members were very helpful and accommodating. Hot breakfast is an excellent perk, and the restaurant had great sushi in the evening. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants etc., and felt very safe. I will definitely be back!
