Building has weird heating cooling system that is turned on/off depending on time of year, but there was a heater provided. Lots of sirens throughtout the day and sporadically at night. The apartment location is excellent, clean and customer service team is very prompt and responsive. We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bed apartment with aged parents (80 and 74). Two things could have been better: 1) No water supply for 5 hours on one of the days. We had to move the aged parents to a different facility for rest room access. Kasa refunded half day’s worth of rent for lack of service (excluding taxes). Although it was a lot of inconvenience and hassle 2) Rent price felt very expensive for that facility.
