"I booked 4 nights at the Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel for my first trip to Hanoi and I couldn't be happier. STAFF: The staff was very polite and helpful; recommending things to do, looking for museums opening hours and even organizing a late check out as we had multiple flight delays. They also offered us a late shower, again due to our flight delay. That was an amazing service, specially considering how hot is Hanoi. Speciall thanks to Mia, Okami and Candy. LOCATION: The hotel is very well located; very close to the lake and not too far from the main attractions. There are also multiple restaurants, cafes and markets around the area. CLEAN: The room service was perfect and the room always clean and tidy. Flawless. BREAKFAST: The hotel also has a restaurant, same place where we have breakfast. The breakfast had vast options from vietnamise and western cuisine. I highly recomend trying the restaurant's Bahn Mi, it was one of the best in town. Our visit to Hanoi was better because of the service provided by you. "

"Staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean but has a slight smell not to my liking but overall this is great place to stay in the old quarter. You can walk to a lot of places including train street. Visit the nail salon at the end of The street and try her Salt coffee when you get your nails done it’s sooo good. "

"Couldn’t fault the hotel. Hotel had all amenities and done beautifully. The cabana bar/pool was a great place to arrive back to each night and food/drink of top quality and staff throughout hotel kept an impeccable standard. Chocolate hour was a lovely touch and great choice including a chocolate fountain. A few minutes out from old quarter but Grab taxi’s took 5 minutes (c£1). Wouldn’t think twice ti book again if went back to Hanoi. "
