"Its a very well located hotel . Just 7 minutes to pavillion mall and bukit bintang and malls . Jalan alor is minutes away . The staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are modern with good amenities. The breakfast is great . Highly recommended. "

"On my first night checking in, I found my dirty room with stained bedsheets. I quickly asked for a room change but they didn’t let me, and instead passed me some new bedsheets (and had me change them by myself). The next day, I asked for refund for one night, and they said they couldn’t, and gave me another room instead. And that night, instead of dirty bedsheets, I found a small cockroach in the room. I don’t know if this is consider “normal” in Malaysia but I was a little disappointed."
