A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "Love this resort! It has a locally owned feel. The rooms are 8 to a building which means no hi-rise hotel. The staff are efficient and attentive. Love the practical amenities. We went to the coffee shop and the gym every morning. The entertainment staff are fun but not pushy. There is a fun, busy pool with music, a swim up bar and entertainment throughout the day.
