"Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement.
Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur."

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine."

"We had an awesome time at Hyatt Zilara. The staff is excellent and super friendly. They have an awesome coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries. The breakfast buffet is good. Food was to be as expected at an all inclusive resort. The Asian restaurant and the hibachi was the best. Pool is nice and large. Special shout out to Michelle the pool concierge and Lucero, the barista (both sweet ladies)
who made our stay so pleasant! Thank you all, for the amazing job you do every single day!!"

"This was a getaway with my two adult sons. We had a Master Premium suite and honestly, this place knocked it out of the ballpark.
The room was very comfortable, well appointed. The housekeeping staff were attentive with twice a day visits. Turndown service at night and general cleaning in the morning.
The food was excellent. This is a smaller resort so not quite as many choices as might be found in larger places. It's strongly advised that you book all your dinner reservations at the...

"I really love this property ! The surroundings were beautiful- very green and lush, room was impeccably clean, very attentive staff , beautiful pools, very well maintained gym and great food. There were some nice on-site activities as well - recommend the boat tour and cacao ceremony, both of which were done beautifully.
Be mindful of the cost of room service which was quite exorbitant and not worth it given the portion sizes. The hotel transfers are also quite costly so consider taking a taxi...
