"Excellent location and absolutely stunning apartment. Very clean and boutique like. The only thing is no elevator, it was difficult for us because we had many big suitcases. But if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable stay in the city center this is an incredible property."

"Close to the things to see in Lisbon. Nice cozy room with everything we needed for a great stay. Didn’t know there are two properties under this brand. Made it difficult for storing our bags until the room was ready. I probably didn’t read the information. Would stay here again for sure."

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. "Great hotel! Great location! Great staff!"

"It was a great trip!"

"Beautiful property!"

"Great hotel in the most perfect location."

Rooms were clean and well kept. Everything worked great. Our room was quite tiny but honestly it did not bother us - just something to keep in mind for people expecting a lot...

"top Hotel mitten in der Stadt, allerdings nichts für Leichtschläfer. ist allerdings ruhig wenn Fenster geschlossen"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants. They also had nice little touches such as free cake and pastries every afternoon in the dining room and free glasses of port at the front desk."
