Near lot's of shopping districts, and a large shopping centre 10 min walk away. Complimentary breakfast was nice, with traditional Mexican favourites. There's a pool, and the rooms were clean and staff were friendly

I truly felt right at home during my stay at One Cancun Centro Hotel. The entire facility was comfortable, clean, and very well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make my visit as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I also really appreciated the private pool area, the spotless lobby, and the convenience of having reasonably priced snacks, sodas, water, and fresh sandwiches available at any time. If you’re thinking about visiting Cancun and need a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, don’t hesitate to book here. You won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good place to stay short term.

We stayed one night for a layover when travelling. Small room but clean and friendly staff. Pillow was not great for my girlfriend and the water was not very hot for a shower, but other than that good experience. Good, fresh breakfast in the morning!

Great budget accommodation. Everything you would expect from a regular hotel. Everything was clean. The only issue I had was with the body wash and shampoo. I think the bottles basically had the same thing, and they were very low quality. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

The lobby amenities, 24/7 coffee, microwave, water and ice made the stay feel like being at home. Breakfast everyday was tasty, hot and continued until 11 a.m., so almost like having brunch. Evenings around the pool was very relaxing. Staff was so friendly. I will return!!!!
