Hotel is very close to the ADO station and my room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Hotel is a good value for the price. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Quick one night stay not too far (about 25 minutes) to the airport with traffic. Perfect for a night where you don't need to be at the beaches, but need a room.

Good location, reasonable price, room is very clean, great breakfast and staffs are kind. The only minus was the party from the rooftop bar, but it over around midnight, so that was fine. Definitely will stay here again next time, and strongly recommend to who wants to stay in centro area.

Overall a great stay

Very close to the ADO station and the colectivo to Hotel Zone. The room was spacious and with the needed ameneties - would be nice with a pool towel. The hotel has a nice rooftop with a great view and a smaller pool. The breakfast buffet was okay nothing fancy.

Good sized gym there. Property is convenient and walking distance to everything. Overall good price for central areas. Bathroom shower wasn’t great but not bad otherwise.

Very good hotel, hard to falter

Super service and facilities. Good gym with a great view. Nice bars. Proactive tour agent on site. Good location near bus station. Easy journey to the hotel zone and beaches. Only small negative is that you can hear furniture being moved in all nearby rooms owing to the concrete floors.

What you'd expect from an inexpensive tourist hote

Hot water didn't work at first. Half the lights worked. The room was missing appliances like a hair dryer, etc. loud slamming and scraping sounds at night. Two days of cold showers before they fixed the issue. Otherwise, the bed was relatively comfortable and the AC got cold at night.

The property was great I’ve gone twice. Once in 2021 and recently in May of 2024. I go because I can walk across the street and there’s an extreme amount of nice bars and restaurants. The food is good at the hotel. They did give me a small room the second time but I think it’s because I bought it on Expedia. I think it’s best if you order your reservation on the original website. But the customer service is good.

It’s really hard to find the hotel. We had to stop at 3 other places to ask for directions though we used gps. The street is super busy and the entrance is hard to see from the street. The hotel is clean but rather stark and the room lacks the charm.

Good service and staff very friendly. Inconvenient to book the gym, booked and always closed at my time lot. Also not available to use but never busy The hotel is very noisy on room 416, not good for sleeping

The room was in a state of disrepair, the WC didn't flush properly, lamps didn't work, AC would not keep the temperature. Not enough towels. After a few calls they gave me a room that was better, but still not great. It is a 2 star hotel at best.

We stayed for 2 nights in Mex hotel centro and as soon we entered the room the bathroom was with pee on the toilet and splash of water on the sink. Bedroom sheets dirty and with hols . The next morning we wanted to take a shower and the and the water pressure was very low, so we had to call the lobby to send a maintenance guy. Breakfast buffet was ok and friendly staff. Also , every confusing to get in the hotel because they have no signs on the streets .

he hotel is Clean. About the only good thing to mention. If you are a light sleeper, forget about this place with music playing until 3am at the Bar last floor that resonates in the whole hotel. Also, don’t expect hot water, cold or very mild at best. We tried to change room on a different floor for the noise and it was the same. Even the noisy AC wouldn’t mask the music noise. Staff was very helpful but would not recommend this place considering the offerings in the area.
