Room was very clean and spacious. The furniture on the balcony is dated and could be updated. Staff at the reception area were very nice and attentive. Great place to stay if your loooking for a quiet place away from the touristy part of Cancun yet not too far away if you want to join the fun.

As we had gotten there a few hours early for our check in the friendly staff let us park our car so we could walk and get something to eat before checking in. Place was clean enough and in a nice enough location to get to food and other things to do. Wish we had time to go use the pool as it looked nice and refreshing.

Not even a soap, you easily hear people talking, from other rooms super messy, beds are small, I could smell someone was smoking, not a shampoo, the washrrom was dirty, I would never stay here even for free.

The plumbing on the property was terrible. We were told not to put toliet tissue in toliet because it would get clogged. The mattress was soiled with some nasty unknown substance. The staff was nice and very helpful with information about activities to do in Cancun. No phones in the rooms for the guests to use. The bed didn't have fitted sheets put on the mattresses just regular sheets and no spreads to keep you warm. The breakfast wasn't real breakfast just cereal, milk and orange juice.

Not so good experience, specially with housekeeping and the people up front. They never clean/ sweep my villa. All they did was put new towels, they even took away the bed liners never replaced them bad service in general. The location was very convenient 5 minutes away from the main strip also outside the villa by the pool was ok.

The property was good in that the pool and water view were nice. But the inside of the rooms smelled strongly of mold/mildew. The showers were massively underpowered and not cleaned much, just the floors and walls, rather than the actual shower head. The toilet didnt flush properly at all, I got lucky to get anything to actually flush twice out of five days of regular use. The overall care to the doors and furniture is okay, the frame of the main door to the hotel room shifted out of place if you pulled on the door, but not quite to the point where it broke open. There was also a random door that looked like it had been pried open before, but it was locked and I could not know what was behind it. Finally, when arriving, we were sent to a room right next to the lobby and front door, which had two beds instead of the one bed we asked for, and it wasn't cleaned yet at all. Beer cans and bottles were strewn about and the beds hadn't been made at all. They did respond quickly with that but the service man didn't even say anything about it, he just walked in, looked at it, clicked his tongue in disappointment, and led us to another room that was suitable. Didn't mention anything about it like apologizing once. Otherwise the response from everyone in the building was proper and cordial. It seemed the service for our room to replenish everything was on an every other day basis as well. Wasn't a big deal for us, but just a good detail.

Location is great! Check-in was ok. Room and the bathroom had some bad odour. Water pressure was very low. The flush kept on clogging. We had to call them multiple times. We asked for an extra mattress and receptioist said i have to wait for the next day to get it and i still did not. Breakfast was ok. They were out of coffee and other stuff 1 hour before the end time. And there was no internet. All in all not something that i will ever go back to.

DO NOT stay here. There were bugs in the room, looked like bed bug stained mattress - we couldn’t see any live ones but were not certain there weren’t any - and mould on the mattress. The patio door did not lock or close fully, the safe didn’t even have a lock on it. The door to the room didn’t have a manual internal lock and there was enough space to see through to the hallway through the door - I’m surprised no one tried to break in. There was also some kind of rave all night through till the next late morning from somewhere nearby (maybe across the water) and it was so loud and the bass was shaking our room. Hardly slept. Worth spending more money elsewhere.
