The Spa here is great!! Selene if you see this Gratitude. I highly recommend for you to request or make a reservation with Selene, I got the therapeutic massage for 60 minutes omg she's a healer she used traditional techniques to remove the knots & tension out of my body also the reflexology helped blood flow & inflammation

Very nice location, very clean, everyone friendly, in my opinion the rooms are really pretty, my only complain is that there are mosquitoes so bring repellent, but definitely would go back, around the area tons of food places, coffee shops, supermarket like 10 mins walking, and the artisans market very close too, loved it.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Close to everything. Everything was exactly as pictured. Only con was the hot water was not as hot as I’d like and the WiFi gave out a few times. Other than that an 10 out of ten. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Super relaxing. Will definitely visit again.

Great location downtown with amazing staff. Most of the amenities you could want are onsite including masseuse, bar, and restaurant. Anything else is a short walk, Uber, DiDi or taxi ride away. The rooms are super clean as well.

Authentically boutique hotel, great roomy room priced right decorated with locally sourced furnitures, pool, amazing service by the team not to mention within the courtyard of the hotel they an oyster & sushi bar, restaurant, coffee bar, cocktail lounge each with its own unique vibe- and a speak-easy smoke lounge. Located in Cancun down town, plenty of restaurants, cafe and bars within 5 minutes walk-in distance one will experience local vibes away from very touristy areas. And R1 & R2 bus ride away from the La Isla shopping mall, and more popular night life if one needs a change of pace

I don't know how this hotel gets 9+ reviews and is rated as a 4-star hotel, then labeled as "luxury" by Expedia. It is sub-3 stars at best in my opinion. Yes, everything in their photos is physically there, then photoshopped to look much nicer. The rooms are aged, the bathroom is old and small, you can't get into the shower without closing the bathroom door kind of tiny. We don't find anything not clean, but because everything is kind of old, you don't feel clean or relaxed either. The staff is friendly and nice, the location is good, walking distance to the ADO bus station, and other tourist spots. If you are looking for a place to stay for utility, this place will do. If you are looking for an experience, this is not it.

Lovely spacious room, very clean and modern and the bed was comfy with high quality bedding. The staff at the bar and the Mexican restaurant were so lovely and even gave us a tour of the hotel when the main reception did not. Our experience with check in could have been more warm and friendly - we were not given any information about the facilities, the food or the pool when we arrived. We wwre told we had complimentary coffee in the room, but when we asked for pods for the machine we were told we had to pay! We also had to leave identification with reception during our stay (we were asked to give our passports!) which did not happen any any other hotel during our 3 weeks in Mexico!

Clean and nice room .water bottle free.nice it's always hot in Cancun. Beautifull style.the bathroom, the room and the pool .all is designed with style and class The guy with black hair in the front desk is very helpfull and nice . I arrived late and was only here one night before I went on a retreat about four hours away. It felt a bit like a hostel (common areas, at least). The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Walked about 100 yards to a pleasant breakfast restaurant (The Rooster?) with good WiFi. I basically just slept here one night. Seems nice, though!

Este hotel boutique es un hallazgo maravilloso en el centro de la ciudad. Su ubicación es estratégica, con acceso facilísimo a todos los servicios locales. La habitación es simplemente hermosa, decorada con mucho gusto, y el área de la alberca es un rincón precioso para desconectar. ​Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue el masaje relajante; salimos completamente renovados. Es el lugar perfecto para quienes buscan atención al detalle y tranquilidad. ¡Altamente recomendable!
