"From the moment we walked in to this gem of a property, it just kept us beautifully surprised! The location is the best for anyone wanting to walk to all the landmark locations. The staff of this hotel make it! Their constant attention to you is remarkable. The little things matter - like extra pillows, a surprise glass of champagne in the afternoon when you are lounging after a day of site -seeing and helping you to open doors etc. The hotel rooms, while smaller than the standard, are so well designed for comfort. Very impressive to see what can be done to provide comfort in a smaller space! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! A hidden gem! Oh - forgot to mention coffee and tea station available 24 hours in the lounge/ dining room! Nice touch! "

"Clean , easy check in . And out ,central to everything. In between two tube station.charing cross and embankment. Love our stay .its a leisure trip . Bed is comfortable and soft. Very nice staff at check in. Food near just as you step out of lobby. Highly recommended. "
