"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"We were warmly greeted by a very friendly staff member who brought hot tea to our room, and we found a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The room was clean and more accommodating than we had anticipated. The breakfast was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I plan to return to the London location soon and will be visiting the Como in Bordeaux in April 2027."

The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."

The Grand at Trafalgar Square

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful 11 night stay in a Superior Room, with a queen bed and kitchenette. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all the main theatres, Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the British Museum. The National Gallery is minutes away. There are 2 tube stations a couple of minutes away if you prefer. The bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast there once and it was good. There are several breakfast/brunch places nearby if preferred."

The Clermont London, Victoria

10/10 Excellent

"Very comfortable bed and rooms at rear of hotel (we were 4th floor overlooking Victoria Station) are very quiet. Lots of spaces to sit and relax around the hotel in impressively maintained surroundings. Superb buffet breakfast with very good choice of high quality food. Tea and coffee not self service but served to order so quite a long wait at busy time 8-9. Otherwise plenty of efficient staff kept all items well stocked. Room excellent value for money. Breakfast, very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again for special occasions."

citizenM London Victoria Station

10/10 Excellent

"Great location. Near by restaurants. Close to Victoria Station Metro. Room is small but was not an issue for us. The width of the room was that of a king bed length. The bed was up against the window. Person closest to the window had to climb over the bed to get settled in. It was an oddity but overall we loved the room."

The Resident Victoria

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is FANTASTIC! Very last minute booking, literally less than an hour before I arrived. The location is literally around the corner from Buckingham Palace! I took a “single” basement floor room. Windows were present and the greenery view was calming. Every single thing was perfect. Exactly what I needed. The room is exactly as pictured. It’s like a little studio, perfectly laid out. Two people could easily stay here for a full vacation unless you want something extravagant. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!"
