"El encargado del check-in fue muy amable; nos brindó todas la guía necesaria para un ingreso a altas horas de la noche. Ingresamos agotados, directo a dormir. Al despertar al día siguiente y salir de la cama vimos que las sábanas tenían manchas de los huéspedes anteriores. El lavamanos e inodoro no estaban limpios, los paños usados. En resumen, la habitación no fue limpiada. Una experiencia muy desagrable. Reportamos lo ocurrido a nuestro contacto, y decidimos abandonar el hotel y buscar otro...
