"The property is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The bungalow was spacious and comfortable for our family. We spent a lot of time on the patio and the pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. Dave was very helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend! "

"Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family"

"Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. The owners are everyday people willing to help you out with everything they made the stay so enjoyable. "We loved our stay at SoulShine! The accommodations were perfect, the grounds and pool are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. The beach is a short walk away and is great for swimming and surfing, and the sand is so soft. We highly recommend Soul Shine and would definitely return. "

"We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Tamarindo. It’s perfectly located—close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough from the main drag to avoid the noise. "This is a great property and Juan, our host while on site, served us great breakfasts and was extremely polite and accommodating with any needs or desires. I love this property and will be staying there again and as often as possible. There is some construction on both sides of the hotel that might bother some, but it just wasn’t an issue for us. We were out exploring, beaching, and surfing during the day. Rooms, parking, and proximity to town were fantastic! "

"Everything about this place was amazing. Gorgeous pool that felt like you were in your own tropical oasis, stunning rooms, and delicious food and drinks! The surfboard rentals were a great way to try out surfing, and the location was perfect. It’s easily walkable to tons of shopping and restaurants but in a more quiet area of the beach. Would definitely stay here again"
