"Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent. "We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling.
The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle.
Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. "

"This is a great property and Juan, our host while on site, served us great breakfasts and was extremely polite and accommodating with any needs or desires. I love this property and will be staying there again and as often as possible. There is some construction on both sides of the hotel that might bother some, but it just wasn’t an issue for us.
