"It was an awesome stay. The room and kitchen were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery for any type of food. The kitchen was fully functional. The transportation was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station and the bus hub. This makes it an ideal location for any traveler. I didn’t find any negative aspects around the street, and the security was excellent. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the location is very convenient and worthwhile. I did not take the breakfast package; it was easy to cook breakfast in the kitchen."

"Smooth check-in (upgraded room to Jnr Suite). Room freak but not perfect. The main issues being the bathroom which had flickering LED light, scruffy water damaged bath panel, poor shower water pressure and difficult to use bath/shower controls (Had to leave bathtub half full as couldn’t fathom how to operate bath plug)"

"Value for money it was brilliant. I had a single room with ample storage space for clothes (rarely found in many hotels), a plug-in heater which wasn't used as the room was warm, kettle with tea and coffee, a television, hairdryer and plenty of space under the bed for a large suitcase which kept the room neat. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels being provided by a very friendly young man. Being a single room I shared a bathroom. I believe twin bedded rooms have ensuites. The reception staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the location is top notch! You are right in the centre of beautiful Belgravia, within spitting distance of coffee shops, restaurants and classy shops. Victoria coach station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Perfect! "
