"Its a quiet safe area. The staff and iwner qent way out of their way for me. I like not having a television. They may have in other rooms IDK. Its a quick short taxi ride in/out of Old Town. Vwry safe residential area. Big beautiful homes and yards."

"The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night."

"The Sofitel Legend in Casco Viejo is a beautiful property from the lobby right up to Ammi, the rooftop bar. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and super attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay there more enjoyable. Even the staff we didn't see, like the ones who tidied our room while we were out for the night and left slippers by our bed, water on our night stands, and cookies on our bed made our stay there feel soecial.
