This place was amazing! On the edge of Casco Viejo, the apartment was conveniently located to everything in the Old Town area. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, & spacious - and we loved being able to wash & dry our clothes halfway through the week. We had two friends over who are from Panama & they indicated that we found a gem. We will definitely be staying there again!

Beat my expectations, comfortable with perfect housing amenities. Pool view was perfect, restaurant below was great. Area felt safe with police on your corner 24/7. Highly recommend.

The place was super roomy and stylish. AC was the quietest we've had. The key for the front door took a little bit of practice to figure out. One of the balcony doors didn't lock. The elevator had a very overpowering air freshener that we did not enjoy. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.

The onsite manager is excellent and went out of the normal to help me. He is the best, wish o could recall his name The facilities are great . On the edge of a rough area but I felt safe throughout my stay

The room was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were just a littlest surprised about the surrounding area. Also the place was difficult to find because we were looking for La Cuadra by Wynwood and the name of the building js La Cuadra. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is amazing and located in an area that is very walkable, clubs, bars, restaurants were all a 3-7minute walk and the place was always around so I felt super safe walking very late at night. The property is located in casco viejo but the area is revitalizing so be prepared for music and neighbors partying very late into the night and starting very early in the morning. The actual building was very clean with 24hour doorman who were super friendly! There was a very good restaurant downstairs with great food! Will stay again!

This is a brand new property, the hotel is beautiful, the only thing is it borders the area of Casco Viejo that is not redone yet. I recommend having an Uber pick you up for safety. I would not walk out of the hotel. I felt very safe in Casco Viejo. The staff were very nice. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect, apartment was very nice and clean, the stuff at la cuadra was very nice. However I felt like the building is right in the end of casco viejo and felt a bit unsafe even though there was police officers around the building at all times. Overall a good experience, recommend it.

The building is beautiful. The room was so nice. We had the roof top pool all to ourselves. The staff was awesome. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor and had a terrible view. Had I known I would of upgraded.

The room was very clean, but we were missing a bed ... It said two single beds in the living room, but there was only one pull out bed. Also, the dryer did not work. The balcony door in the bedroom was locked and unable to be opened.

Love the property. You are right at the start of the nice part of casco viejo but the blocks around it are rough and ugly. The police are very prominent so it's safe but be on alert

It is on the outskirts of Casco Viejo and does not feel safe, especially for single women. The two soldiers stationed at the corner 24/7 is a confirmation of the vibe. (I have traveled throughout the world so I speak from the POV of a “single well traveled on a budget” woman.
