"It’s a nice hotel. Close to Times Square but not right in the very center you have to walk a little down but not bad at all. The lines were long to do bag checks because everyone gets there early hoping for early check in and are told the rooms aren’t ready but I wasn’t ready to be charged $6 to check each bag. They give you a $35 credit to the room to use for their on-site restaurant but the breakfast is conveniently $47ish. You’re paying 😭 the rooms were nice, not the cleanest ever in the bathroom but it was clean and acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised to get room service when I didn’t ask for it. That was nice and appreciated."

"I went downstairs to have coffee, and the restaurant was not full. However, I was refused entry. The staff member told me, in a very rude manner, that the area was only for breakfast. There were no amenities available, even if I was willing to pay for them. Additionally, the towels were of very poor quality."

"Traveled with my 2 children (6 year old and 12 year old) and husband. The room was nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The bellmen were great at making recommendations on where to eat and what fun stuff to do with my kids."
