"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. "We had a queen bed with terrace, the room was nice but small...had to crabwalk at the end of the bed to not hit the TV on the wall. However, the location is excellent and good value for the rates! The room was quiet and check in and check out were super easy. Great choice if you are looking for a good value within easy walking distance to so many NYC sites."

"Staff were delightful"

"Great hotel with nice rooms near Times Square and Bryant Park!"

"The room was quaint but very clean and updated. Products provided were too notch. Would stay here again"

"Rooms are newly refurbished and overall hotel is neat and clean; room was clean. Perfect central location. Staff helpful at front desk. Housekeeping lady Sophia on our floor was very kind to our young son."
