"It was quite an experience!!! First, the lady at the reception barely spoke english and seemed not helpful at all and didn't find the time to explain how to turn on the power on in the room. l had to go down to ask and to be told that you need to use your key card. Since it's a bit special it has to be communicated when the guests check in. Second, my room had a spiderweb in the corner, then there was a spill in the elevator that was very sticky and it took them forever to clean that up and...

"There were two women at the front desk. An older woman, she looked mid 40s, indian (or something), and a very young black woman that was clearly new and a trainee. The trainee was nice and great, The older woman was unreasonably rude. I've never seen front desk hotel staff that are rude in my life and I've been to 2 star hotels before. What is this. I know Ibis is not a 5 star hotel, but being nice is !@#$ing free."

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

"Stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was busy so some of the food options were gone by about 8:30 am. I don’t know if they refilled the items or not. Quality of breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with no concerns or issues. Overall, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay."

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."
