"False advertisement, the property is under construction and is nowhere near being finished. There is no direct access to a private beach other than a 10 minute boat ride to it. The room was clean and the staff were kind enough. They seemed agitated if you asked more than three questions about the area or amenities. The rooms did have good ac and were spacious. "

"We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional. If you are planning on visiting San Pedro, definitely stay here."

The pool was small but enough to cool off in. The staff was friendly and having the key box to check in and out with was super easy! The location was awesome as it was close to restaurants and even walkable to the airport! No golfcart needed!"
