We really enjoyed our stay at Caye Casa. It was our first trip to Belize. Staff was super helpful with excursions, local food options, and general questions. The two women who work there are so kind and friendly answered all my questions and had friendly conversation in passing. Shane is super nice on arrival then he seems uninterested in you as a guest after that. If you need anything, Mario who is the groundskeeper, is a great go to person.

You’re greeted at the door with a welcome drink and a run down of the property and of the neighbourhood. If there was a way to give 50/5 stars to the staff then I would. Laundry services, the cleaning staff, the genuine care for the property, and the local knowledge shared with us went a long way. The rooms, the facilities, and the property were immaculate. Again, the level of customer service is unmatched! Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars, and they can organize a taxi and/or golf cart for you with zero hassle. Would stay here again with zero hesitation.

Clean, plenty of room for bags /clothes. Chairs on beach and dock to enjoy. Close to all amenities and the North end of Island for a day trip. We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional. If you are planning on visiting San Pedro, definitely stay here.

Yes! Yes! Yes! We loved our stay at Caye Casa! Good location, very clean comfortable room, Shane was very friendly and helpful. The patio on the room is where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend!

There is nothing I really need when I arrive at Caye Casa. The room comes with Coffee and the Fridge with a couple of Beers. This takes away the need to run to a local store when I arrive. Most rooms have games, books and even sunscreen that have been left behind so you feel like you are walking into a well-appointed home. It is my 4th time there.

What a wonderful time we had and it was so easy from start to finish Jake, Shane and the rest of the Caye Casa staff were beyond amazing such a cute little gem in an absolutely amazing location. We will definitely stay here again and again planning on coming back real soon.
