"This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize."

"Wow, can't say enough good things about this place. I was there on a solo trip for three days, and it was just what I needed: clean, quiet, off the beaten path, but not too far that I ever felt unsafe. Woke up to a thunderstorm early in the morning, peeked out the front door, and I felt like I was in the jungle. 10/10 would stay again."

The highlight of the property has to be the pool; it is easily the most beautiful pool I've ever come across, and the warm water made swimming a dream. "Location was fantastic! Very short walking distance to beach, dive shop, multiple restaurants, stores, etc. AC worked great and ceiling fan in room, Lucky no one was checked in the closeby rooms in my hotel section so evenings were very quiet. Only downside was hot water didnt work in shower. My fault I never told them until I checked out since room temp shower water doesnt bother me much. "Balcony views over the beach are nice and the through breeze on a hot day is a nice change from AC (the AC worked well). Central location is easy walking distance for much of the north town. Towels for the beach a nice touch."

"First time in Belize and wanted to experience San Pedro but staying at Ambergris Sunset Hotel killed it for me. I booked a standard room but on checkin the room was terrible. Wife was horrified. Sheets and room smelled musky, the door did not even have a standard door knob, it was a latch and a dead bolt on a wooden ply door!!!! Come on!!! Large gaps in the doorway when closed, and with the pool just outside you really down have privacy. It really was a terrible room in my opinion.I checked...
