"All staff very helpful & attentive. We were one towel short in our room, but when contacted reception they sent a towel within 2 minutes. Provided us with a later check out of 2pm without any problems & we left bags at hotel after we had checked out & came back later to used the shower & changing the facilities in the gym, which were excellent, before going to the airport for late flight. Swimming pool had amazing views and would definitely stay here again."

"I wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our stay. The location was incredibly convenient, with KLCC Twin Towers, Suria KLCC, Ombak KLCC, and many other attractions all within walking distance. Travelling from KL Sentral to the Soho property by Grab took only about 20–30 minutes, making it easy for us to get around. As a family of four, we especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer provided in the Airbnb. These amenities made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. Most importantly, your support and hospitality were exceptional. We had to make a last-minute change to our plans, and your team responded almost immediately, accommodating our request with remarkable flexibility and understanding. That level of service truly stood out and made a significant difference to our trip. This was one of the best hosting experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend Kenny and the team to anyone considering a booking. Do not hesitate to book with them—you will be in excellent hands. Thank you again for everything."

"So originally I had booked a birthday request too late for my woman. However , the amazing staff secretly added it , so to my surprise it was there in the room with a cake. I was in shock to the level of detail the staff did for me there. The breakfast was so high quality, and the fruits in the room were so good. The room was so spacious , the bathroom was best I’ve ever seen. Every design of this hotel from the many fast elevators , to the scents , to the pillows was why this is a five star place."
