Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es war nicht zu laut und die Lage okay. Jedoch hätte es etwas sauberer sein können, eine Grundreinigung würde mal nicht schaden.

Lovely big apartment, with nice terrace.
Furniture was a little tired, but otherwise everything was great. Good selection of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Nice touches with salt, pepper, oil left for cooking.
The bathroom was lovely.
Very comfortable bed.

Great value for the price. Close to the beach and the mall. The apt was clean. I don't recommend opening the windows so you do not let the mosquitos in.

Neat, modern appartements with almost everything you need to cook, do laundry etc etc. Pretty quiet building overall.
Neighborhood is not central to all the main attractions of the city but close to the beach and LaRambla Poblenou.

We were very pleased with our stay in the apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a fresh bottle of water on our arrival. The location is great and is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. There is a convenient grocery story just a half a block away to get supplies. The office staff was helpful with whatever we needed, especially Andrea. They could give guidance on the area, rent beach equipment, and even called to have our taxi ready for us for our trip back to the airport. You have the comfort of an apartment but the luxury of a hotel front desk support. The only thing that was a minor complaint was the noise outside of the apartment. There was a lot of street noise - people talking late at night and riding skateboards along with cars that passed by.

Familjärt ställe att bo på nära strand
Vi hade en fin vistelse här. Komfortabelt boende för 4 personer. Bra med smal balkong, tvätt- och diskmaskin. Duschkabinen behöver ses över. En gammal vattenläcka i taket vid ingången till lägenheten. Ganska lyhört eftersom vägen går utanför. Effektiv AC. Väldigt nära till milslång strandremsa, liten supermarket, snabbmat på hörnet, frukt- och grönsaksbutik. Väldigt trevligt område med lokala restauranger och fina parker. Turistbussen går nära boendet. Nära till metro ca 5 min. Enkel och bra kommunikation via Whatsapp och bra service, familjär känsla. Incheckningen lätt trots att vi kom sent och behövde hitta plats och rum själva, fick bra instruktioner. Trevligt med en stor kall vattenflaska i kylen vid ankomst. Inga strandspel för äldre barn/vuxna eller bollar att hyra. Ingen städning under vistelsen. Fick snabb hjälp med värdeskåp som gått i baklås. Kändes tryggt och säkert.

The apartments themselves are outfitted well, and located within a five minute walk to the beach. We also walked into the Gothic Quarter and other neighborhoods many times, and felt safe the entire walk (and were able to sight see on the way). The cab from the airport took less than 30 minutes and costs around 30 euros, which isn't bad. The check in was fast, and things were great until the first morning, when an employee woke us up and told us the water needed to be fixed so we had to leave the apartment. When we returned 10 hours later it was still not fixed, and we walked into plaster and tools strewn all over the apartment. The repairmen "fixed" it by 10:30pm, but we did not have hot water. The next morning we were awoken by the repairmen again, who were there to continue working on the water heater. I went to the office to discuss this with the employees, and was told that someone told me they would be there in the morning again to fix the water (untrue). As it was a Friday and Saturday night during high season, they were unable to accommodate my request to move apartments. The office arranged a complimentary transfer to the airport, and after checkout I discussed the issues with management. They were understanding, and offered some money back. Overall, the apartment was great, except for the water issues. And management's handling of the issue after was satisfactory and appreciated.

Disappointed that there was no balcony, and the property would benefit from instructions on how to use the dryer and how to program the air con (really cold the first night) BUT the property is very clean and well-equipped with a fabulously comfortable bed and a good shower with very hot water. I'd stay there again, definitely.

Lovely apartments, late checkin needs thought.
Good, but bear in mind if travelling for business and arriving out of hours you must go to the office to check in the next day - this may be a challenge if like me you are at a conference for the entire day. However, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the apartment was amazingly well appointed, clean and very spacious, as well as being well secured with modern locks and doors at the front of the property.

Poblenou non beach apartments
I was surprised when we were shown our room since I had expected a room with an ocean view as well as a balcony. Ours had neither and the view out the bedroom window was looking at other peoples junk, and we had to keep the living area blinds down since it got the afternoon baking sun. So the place was very dark. The manager was very nice, the place was located such that we had easy access to the beach, metro, good restaurants and grocery store. I just was very frustrated that I didn't get the room I expected!!

Haft en mycket bra vecka i ett bra och fräscht boende. Vi har varit mestadels nöjda. Dock kändes sängen som den fått sig en knäck så den var nog inte helt ok. Men fungerade för oss den veckan. Sedan hade vi gärna fått städat en gång för det priset. Gick och tvätta handukar, moppa golv själva men i det priset skulle jag sett att det ingick städning någon gång.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Location is convenient to the beach and is close to various supermarkets and bus stops. There's a bad smell when you first enter the building and elevator. The apartment also smells a bit odd. Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay.
