Bought this hotel last minute hoping it would be good & it exceeded expectations. Would stay here every time. Sooo spacious too & a plus there’s a washer in there. Amazing location so many restaurants etc soon as you walk downstairs.

The apartment is in a brilliant spot and was very spacious for a family of 5. Only minor issue, for me, was the double bed is a bit small for my liking and I’m getting on a bit, the stairs were tough, if you couldn’t squeeze into the lift. But overall it was too good and what a city!

Lovely, spacious apartment with high ceilings and well equipped kitchen and enough toilet roll for our whole stay! Great amenities nearby and easy to walk everywhere. The bathroom is a little cramped but everything else is really great. Perfect location and useful locker storage after we’d checked out.

Thank you, Aspasios Suites, for a fantastic stay at your apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated “the cozy balcony with a view of the Casa Battlo’s back”, and the fast and reliable Wi-fi. The location was perfect for exploring the city of Barcelona. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. We would absolutely recommend your place to anyone visiting and we hope to stay again in the future. We stayed here for three days to explore Barcelona, and the location was very central and easy to get around. The apartment was clean, but we had a little difficulty with the air conditioning, which is very necessary in August in Barcelona! Communication around checkin was well done, if a little time consuming due to the multiple buildings, however we really appreciated the ability to store our luggage. I would argue the sofa bed situation is not conducive to having more than two people stay at the apartment, as you lose the entire lounge area but the balcony views are STUNNING!

Nice and clean, mostly. 1. shower floor too slippery. an elderly in our party fell, glad that's no big injury. please add safety handles or add mat. 2. no mirrors in bedrooms, only in bathroom and hallway. 3. no wastebaskets in bedrooms. 4. found ants in all bedrooms the first night. none afterwards.

Amazing location, the apartment is very nice in minutes distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff were easy to communicate with and eager to help. Only a couple of negatives were the door keypad only worked on the last day after getting fixed, we could only open the apartment with a link sent but not ideal as was always worried about phone battery to open apartment. Door was also stiff to open each time. Toilet blocked easily, the maintenance fixed this quickly. Lastly the noise from other apartments is easy to hear, we had neighbours upstairs play loud music two nights in a row, walls are thin and we got unlucky with some bad neighbours. Despite the above would stay again, the standard of the apartment was high and customer service was great and did their best to make our stay great!

We had the three bedroom top floor apartment. The bedrooms are spread out so everyone had privacy. The teenagers stayed out late and because of the layout, noise wasn’t a problem, and they were safe coming home late. The balcony is large with comfortable furniture and views of the city. Furniture is comfortable and the apartment is tastefully decorated. All rooms (including living room and dining room) have floor and/or table lamps in addition to overhead, and the rooms are spacious compared to other city apartments. We were so comfortable and relaxed. Each room has its own thermostat, so we were able to stay warm without overheating (we were there during a cold spell in November). The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped—we were able to fix a nice meal for six, and sat comfortably at the table. Things to be aware of: There were no extra blankets (we slept with the heater on so we were warm enough); The lids didn’t fit the pots in the kitchen; There were no instructions for the appliances, so it took us a minute to figure out how to use the stove and washer, (we couldn’t work the built-in dryer but there is a big drying rack so we hung our clothes to air dry). The property managers responded to email, but there is nobody on-site, so responses aren’t immediate; Shampoo and bar soap are provided, but no lotion or hair conditioner, so bring your own if this is something you like. Overall, we loved this apartment and had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it!
