"My experience was a little different from what I expected. Location-wise, the hotel is very central and convenient, which was definitely one of the best things about staying here. It’s a good choice if you want to be close to the main attractions, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. For travellers who want to explore the city and have everything within easy reach, the location is a real advantage. However, the hotel itself wasn’t quite what I expected based on the description and photos. I would recommend that future travellers look carefully at the room type and hotel facilities before booking, and make sure their expectations match what is actually being offered. Overall, I would say the location is excellent, but I would encourage travellers to do a little extra research about the accommodation itself before making a reservation. That way, there are no surprises when you arrive."

"We had a lovely stay at Lebua. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the balcony offered beautiful views of Bangkok. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend Lebua to anyone visiting Bangkok."

"Great corner room very spacious.The location right next to terminal 21 and Right next to bts . Great access to anything you need nearby. Only downside is excess road noise even on the 17th floor. Double glazing would be great. Check in was so quick Jane looked after us even managed an earlier check in. Guitar was also great booking our transport and assisting with a few other bits n pieces. Comfortable bed. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Interactions with staff were always pleasant friendly, and helpful. Every area of the hotel was well conditioned and maintained. I checked in at another hotel about less than a mile away and was not as pleased with the hotel staff. We will recommend them to friends and family as well as look forward to returning in the future!"
