"Immaculate and great location. Beds are not comfortable- very hard. Expected better from a property of this level. Their response was to put a mattress topper on - on the last night of our stay. Staff and amenities are fine but not memorable. Overall disappointing. "

"It is a nice conveniently located budget restaurant with good breakfast. Warning: it is located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the building without a lift so only use if you don't mind the climb. "La literie est très bien et propre. L’établissement est très vieux. Il n’y a aucune commodité dans la chambre supérieure. Pas de cafetière, pas de glace dans l’hôtel. Il est bien situé et le personnel est accueillant. Je choisirai un autre hôtel si je retourne à Lisbonne. Il est important de vérifier ce que vous voulez dans les commodité. C’est une expérience. "

"La ubicacion es muy buena, prácticamente en el centro historico, las habitaciones bien destacando la regadera del baño, el desayuno estaba bien sin destacar nada, todos los dias lo mismo y muy lleno. "We were the first ones for breakfast one morning and saw many flies sitting on the fruits at the counter. We brought this to the attention of the staff.
The hotel location is the best, easily accessible and well maintained. However the rooms are poorly designed and extremely inconvenient.
1. The bathroom sink area has no room except for sink. Even a toothpaste cannot be kept. Everything needs to be kept outside the bathroom.

"Locations was the best thing about this hotel. In between the busy areas but also the quieter Avenida d liberdade. Staff are super friendly and offered many suggestions everyday.

"The room is clean and nice. Ours is on the fourth floor facing the santa justa elevator...very nice. "Enjoyed the breakfast here, they made your eggs fresh as you ordered. They didn’t change up the rest of the buffet though which would have been nice if you are staying for a few days. "Our room was clean and cozy. Staff were amazing. From the the check-in to their guest relations. The bar and the restaurant are both great places to go and relax and enjoy very good meals. Centrally located in the historic area of Lisbon and a 45 minute boat ride to Belem. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay at."
