"We stayed for 5 days, location is great but expect to be fairly noisy due to the street below. Biggest downsides are no air conditioning and parking. The accommodation gets pretty warm all day long. Local parking is not easy to figure unless you are experienced with the area. "

"Apartment had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Some people complain about the stairs to get to the upstairs bedroom but at 63 years of age I had no problem. I would recommend this apartment to people that are looking for a place to stay. "

"Beautiful apartment. Really large and well organized. Beautiful ceilings, deck outside to eat and lounge chair to relax, even had a reading nook with pillows, really cute. The ceiling had wooden beams and the decor was amazing. They even left us a bottle of Rosé. The beds were comfy. We had our private parking. It's a little too far to walk to downtown but we had a car so we were OK. There are some cockroches in the Azores because of the humidity, one found it's way into the apartment...

Everything needed for a self contained stay if desired, apartment cost and comfortable, quiet with safe and short walk to free off street parking , well located for easy access to explore Sao Miguel by car and to waterfront cycle or walking pathways, bikes included! Highly recommend for your stay in Ponta Delgada. "
