Very comfortable stay.

Excellent self catering property. Just a shame about the constantly barking dogs overnight. Would have given 5 stars if not for the barking dogs. Very comfortable. Very private. Well appointed. Good location.

Delightful guest cottages with free parking for your rental car and convenient access to the island roads for road tripping to Pico Mountain or the marina for whale and dolphin watching. Excellent value for money and we had an enjoyable stay. The well appointed kitchen was an added plus!

This was an amazing cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and had dedicated parking spaces. It also had a washing machine, which was convenient.

Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe. It's within walking distance (an a beautiful walk - nice village with flowers, and fruits) to a cafe/bakery, a couple of restaurants, and a nice natural pool for swimming.

Charming, clean, well equipped place to stay!

Very lovely stand alone small homes in a tranquil forest setting. Lovely to hear the birds in the morning. Staff was so nice to communicate with especially after our ferry from Faial was cancelled due to poor weather. Home was very clean and we'll equipped with a kitchen and everything we could need. We made friends with a little grey cat that patrolled around the grounds, she was charming. Location in São Roque was close enough to anything we could need and a good central point for our island exploration! Would recommend this place for anyone!

The property is really unique and we loved our stay in our cottage. We wish there was better communication from the property, especially for check-in, as well as more availability for the "front-desk" which was never open while we were there. It would be helpful if the property provided some type of guidebook (e.g. do we need to recycle? What do we need to do with garbage before we leave?). They were super responsive when we lost hot water, though, which was helpful. There are not a lot of options for food in walking distance (or even just in the nearby town) so we definitely utilized the kitchen for breakfast and snacks (and even dinner one night).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beautiful stone cottage was modern inside and very well equipped. Staff were very helpful with any questions. The only negative for us was that we found the bed too firm, but we know that’s a personal preference. The location was great for getting everywhere on the island (with a car), and it has a great view of Pico mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Very cute place in a quiet area. The houses are nice and well equiped. Only downside is that there are ants in the appartment so you have to be carefull where you store your food and the dishes were not very clean upon arrival.

Absolutely stunning!

It's been absolutely amazing! The little cottage, location, people at your service - everything at 5+. Breakfasts are not available, but who cares if you can make your own breakfasts and have it at the terrace with a Pico Mountain view! We were truly happy either everything. Muito obrigado

Spacious cottages equipped with all you might need during your stay, quiet place in the very nice village of Sao Roque, 15 minutes walking distance to the ocean, grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. Special thanks to our host Eglis, charming lady who was always ready to help from the first day to the last one. She volunteered to pick us up from the Airport and came to the Port of Madalena for us when our flight was reconsigned to Horta with further trip on ferry to Pico. She made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We highly recommend that Hotel to all Pico visitors.

We have been staying here for years and have loved it. Not just our favorite accommodation on Pico, but one of our favorites in Europe. The beautiful homes, truly like a place you'd want to live, and the fair prices, and amazing location all combine to hit our sweet spots. I love being able to walk to coffee shops, fine dining, bakeries, etc since normally my family is car-free. Can't wait to return.

We loved the lava rock construction in a quite enclave with a view to Mount Pico. The house was very well equipped for a stay of several days. The property manager was extremely accommodating when we had some travel disruptions.

Sehr schöne Apartments in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Apartments sind sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Man hat auch eine tolle Aussicht auf Pico. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Man benötigt aber unbedingt ein Auto. Das Zentrum von Sao Roque ist nicht gerade um die Ecke und für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man auch ein Stück fahren.

Really nice bungalows. Kitchen and washing machine on suite. The beds were quite hard. Getting to and from the hotel requires a rental car or taxi.
