"Always a great stay when I’m in Chicago. Close to the action and very affordable. There was one afternoon the elevator didn’t go down and I was on the 10th floor so the stairs sucked lol. Other than that I love this place. I crack the window and take in all the big city sounds while I sleep. Thank you guys! Will be back soon! "

"the room had cobwebs, the shower would leak water everywhere. plus there was only one bathrobe when we put the room was for 2. the phone in the room did not work so i had to go downstairs to talk to someone about the tv not working either. turns out someone cut off the google cast wire from the tv so that’s why our tv wasn’t working at all."

"The room had no heat and then when I brought it to the clerks attention the response was “ oh that room yea it doesn’t work” and then proceeded to hand me a space heater no room change no refund conversation just a Walgreens space heater on my wife’s birthday was crazy so we just calmly packed our things and drove back to Michigan "
