"Place was in prime location. If you are on the lower floors you may be looking into another building/no light or view. But I would stay again based on the location to must see attractions and the subway."

"This is a great option for business travel. The rooms are small and basic, and lack some amenities that are standard in other hotels (like a mini-fridge, though you can request one). The hotel overall is dated, though well-maintained. But everything is clean, the bed is super comfortable and there is a good workspace and wifi, there are significant common areas where you can work, and the price is always right. The front desk staff has been consistently kind and helpful, and check in and check out are a breeze. I recommend Club Quarters and will be back again. "
