"No physical interaction with the staff except thru online chat. Check-in and check-out was easy, but the earliest check-in time is at 3pm and you will not be allowed to check-in anytime earlier. The room was spacious and clean."

"It's a great stay and we were able to have a good view of fuji when at the rooftop and managed to get footbath done at the same time. The hot spring and breakfast is also good experience for us. We really enjoyed our stay there. There's free parking available too with 1 linked to the hotel and another just next door."

The hotel itself is beautiful from the infinity pond with the bamboo forest behind it to the walkways to your room and beyond, and the food… the food is to die for. "Great place to stay as secluded quiet location was needed after a few days in Tokyo! Lovely Onsen which can be booked out privately! Staff are amazing and will drive you to restaurants/ konbinis so you can relax. "

"Our room was just massive, so huge, with a gorgeous view overlooking a golf course. This is an excellent spot if you want to golf and relax. It is a bit isolated, and it is a bit dated and could likely use a bit of a refresh, but the large room and view was worth it. There is also an onsite onsen (Japanese bath)."
