Good location for driving

We stayed for three nights and travelled to nearby tourist spot. Good location if you get a car. Room is new. We booked the larger room which gives better room space

サウナは予想通り混んでいました。 外気浴の椅子が屋外には２つだけだったのでタイミングを図るのが大変でした。 近くにコンビニはあるもののレストランなどは無いのでホテル内で食事をしました。が、時間を持て余しているスタッフさんがシステム通りのセルフサービスに拘っていた為、ホスピタリティなどは全く感じられませんでした。

お部屋はコンパクトですが必要なものは揃っていて清潔　過ごしやすい　インターから直ぐでコンビニもあり何より温泉大浴場、露天風呂付きでした　お茶のシャントリお茶のお風呂とお茶揃いでした　また　利用したいと思います

静かで閑静、ゆっくり休めます。

高速道路のICのすぐ前にあるにも関わらず、車の音も全くせず室内は静かです。 フロントのある１階に全ての共用設備があるため、通路が狭い事もあり、宿泊客が集中すると混雑することも。 車で移動する人には良いですが、電車・バスの人には不向きかと。回りには何もないです。有るのは目の前の富士山！

サウナは狭いが、TV付きでかつ、室内は綺麗でよかった。 露天風呂から富士山を見ようと思えば、見れるが、風呂に浸かりながら見ることができないので、あまり意味はない。

利便性が抜群です。駒形IC、コンビニが目の前、ドラッグストアも徒歩圏内。朝食も和洋揃えられていて、満足です。別料金ですが夜ご飯もホテル内でコスパが良く美味しい料理を食べられます。コンパクトで申し分のない宿泊ができました。 ただ、レストランのスタッフの人数をギリギリで回しているようで、外国の方への対応や団体利用があると、他の宿泊者への対応が薄くなります。レストランスタッフの方々はテキパキ動いていますし、対応がとても丁寧なので、むしろスタッフの方が気の毒に感じます。単に人手が足りないのかと。食券の英語表記を増やしたり、外国の方への対応はフロントスタッフがしたらいいのになと思いました。

初めて利用しました。お部屋はとてもキレイです。 期待した大浴場は備え付けのシャンプーやボディソープのせいか、臭いが気になりました。脱衣所の足拭きマットもビチョビチョで気持ち悪かったです。 朝食の内容はイマイチの印象。
