Chauffe eau permettant à peine une grande douche.
Bruit réel et incessant de métro mais à Paris qui ne m'a pas dérangé mais rendra fous les légers du sommeil ...
Fuite d'eau sur la porte de la douche car elle se ferme mal.
Très calme au niveau voisinage.
Très bien placé.
Les détails de l'accès sont fournis au dernier moment, faut pas aimer l'anticipation...
