"Very bad experience in this property. We were given a key when we check in and a person was already in the room before us. Be careful this property is infested (bed bugs). Towels were missing. No proper table chair. Barthroom are not workong properly. He have to leave before our checkout date. Front desk were not reachable by expedia for resolution. Do not waist your money and risk your health. If this is in the US this would have been long shut down by health department."

"Beautiful lobby. Clean rooms w/ windows that open onto interior courtyard or out to the street plaza depending on which room you get. Rooms are only by “request” not actual reservation. When we arrived expecting a double bed at 4pm, we had to take 2 single beds because they were out of double beds. This is as irritating and inconvenient for us, a couple who had traveled for about 10 hours to get there just to not be able to sleep in the same bed. Staff was enthusiastic about sharing recommendations in the area. VERY WALKABLE and vibrant part of the city. Steps to the train which is the end of the line and connects to basically anywhere in the city. Bikes available for rent all over. Major shopping mall and many other small stores and restaurants right outside the door. I recommend this place for location. Also seems to be pleasant and convenient for people with children. Felt very safe as well; a keycard is required at all times to get into the lobby. We didn’t take part in the breakfast but it smelled good. "

"Quaint hotel in a great location for exploring Paris - literally next to, or on top of, the Republique metro station. It didn’t bother us, but you can hear the trains a little when it’s quiet outside. The rooms are not huge - but okay by Paris standards. Staff were very welcoming and helpful."

"Great location - within walking distance to different train stops. However not the best property. AC isn’t turned on until later in the summer but was quite stuffy. Windows didn’t have a screen so we were concerned about bugs coming in if we left the window open. The elevator is really tiny and usually just need to take stairs (fine for us, but if you have mobility issues, then this hotel might not be the place for you). The twin beds are super tiny and outlets aren’t at both beds unfortunately. The bathroom door didn’t close well. The bathroom is soooooo tiny."
