First, the window (right by our 9-year-old's bed) could open fully and the railing did not go high enough to prevent someone falling out, with a five floor drop below. The hotel fixed this by locking the window shut. Secondly, our requests for extra drinking glasses did not come to anything, and the number of glasses dwindled to one during our stay.
